Your Kitchen Library may be used, modified, self-hosted, and shared for personal, nonprofit, educational, hobby, or commercial purposes, subject to the project-credit and redistribution requirements below. Payment is not a condition of the rights granted by this license.

Copyright holder and licensor
Glenn Leithner is the copyright holder and licensor of Your Kitchen Library unless a particular file or bundled third-party component states otherwise.
Required project credit
Hosted copies must retain the project credit included with the software:
The credit must remain reasonably visible in the shared footer and may not be hidden, obscured, or made effectively unreadable.
Site owners may change their own branding, logo, site title, contact information, recipes, users, appearance, and other owner-controlled content. Those changes do not remove the project-credit requirement.
The credit may be removed or materially altered only with written permission from the copyright holder. A financial contribution or other payment does not automatically grant removal rights unless that permission is specifically included in a written agreement.
Your content and data
Your Kitchen Library is software for managing your own recipe collection. The copyright holder’s personal recipe collection is private and is not part of the product or software distribution.
You retain whatever rights you hold in the recipes, images, text, and other content you add to Your Kitchen Library. Using the software does not transfer ownership of that content to the project or copyright holder.
Content obtained from other sources remains subject to the rights of its original authors, photographers, publishers, or other rights holders.
Your responsibilities
The software or demo may include a small number of example recipes or other example content for demonstration only. You are responsible for the recipes, images, text, source attribution, rights to content you add, nutrition information, allergen information, food-safety information, backups, hosting, security, access control, and legal compliance for your installation.
Redistribution
You may share modified or unmodified copies of the software.
Redistributed copies must retain this license and any copyright notices included with the software. Hosted copies must also retain the required project credit unless the copyright holder has granted written permission to remove or materially alter it.
When sharing the software, do not imply that the copyright holder is responsible for your hosted site, content, modifications, recipes, security, hosting, or support obligations.
No warranty
The software is provided as-is, without warranty. The copyright holder is not responsible for damages, data loss, security issues, illness, injury, allergic reactions, legal issues, or other harm resulting from use of the software or content managed by it.
Payments or other contributions do not create any warranty, support obligation, partnership, endorsement, ownership interest, or special rights unless separately agreed in writing.
